A general or sales management position opens up, and the organisation can't wait. I ensure continuity — decisions, team, results — until a lasting solution is found, or put it in place myself.

A changing market, a business model to rethink, an organisation to simplify. I step in at the moments when leadership needs an experienced outside perspective — and a hand to execute, not just to diagnose.

A sales team that's plateaued, a key account management structure to build, a new sales director settling into the role. I provide direct support, drawing on what has worked to develop sales teams for thirty years.

Board advisory

A board that needs senior operational experience on commercial or industrial matters, without bringing it in-house. I contribute on an ad hoc basis, as a consulting mandate or as a board member.
